Explosive movements are all about timing. We can have all the strength in the world, but if we can’t coordinate it through our bodies it doesn’t do us very good.
Rebounding box jumps is a great way to work on improving our timing will jumping in general. Choose a height today that allows you to rebound cleanly and you’ll be building athleticism along with your work capacity.
