It’s a new day

To start the week we’ve got a simple but effective combination of goodies for you. We’ll start by find stability and control with strict press. And move on to wall balls, pull-ups, & some crawling.
There is nothing inherently complicated. To “Rx” the workout keep all your reps unbroken each round. Rest as you need and get after it each round.

I think I was a little too focused on hitting the RX, and wound up resting a lot and not really taking any risks. Still, this is the most pull-ups I’ve ever done in a night, so I’m thrilled for that!
