We’ve got a lot of classic for you today, if you can make it in that is.  After some picking up of heavy things, we’ll be hitting a descending latter of pulling ourselves up to a bar and pushing ourselves off of the floor.  Simple, effective and with the bonus warm up of tromping through the snow to get here!
