Not this week, friends!  We’re going to save the open workout for Saturday…

Instead, we’ll be hitting split jerks on the clock followed by some rowing/barbell interval work.  And feel free to join us Saturday at 11am to cheer on those doing this week’s open WOD!

    I was inspired today by Jesse working on his split movement for the first time What an amazing win to keep showing up like that and trying over and over again. Looked better and better with every try. I felt very exposed trying crossfit at first and feeling much admiration for Jesse right now. Feeling inspired to try new and uncomfortable things. “Do what you can’t!”

    Strength: 95#, but was shortened by coaching decree to an EMOM 8 (not 12).
    WoD: 184 seconds rest in total, Rx. Lighter weight Rx workouts are my jam!
