The roads are clear
and this March snow is taking a break. So let’s get back to work.
Our strength work is also clock work today. We’ll need to stay focused through the whole twelve minutes to be sure we’re landing the way we want to, even with the next minute looming in the near distance. It’ll be great prep for when we’re trying to crank out ten of these from the floor when the WOD happens.
