Bulgarian Split Squats
This week marks the end of this cycle with a focus on single leg work. You’ll have the opportunity to peak the complexity today by (maybe) elevating your back leg on a box/bench. This can make these even trickier than they were, but it can also help keep the focus on the loading of the front leg. Your coach will help you find the way – just be patient and focused as you work through these. The WOD will be a good chance to let loose and get out of your head afterwards.
