It’s that wondrous time of year!
Springtime not only brings us happy amounts of warm weather and sunshine, but gives us the opportunity to RUN! We’re diving right into it today – 30 minutes of WOD with a heavy focus on hitting the pavement.
If this seems like a lot – don’t fret! There’s plenty of rest built in. You should be recovered enough each round to “hit the ground running”. And with that pun, I’m out. See y’all tomorrow!
