Boy, it sure is nice outside! And I’m not just talking about the weather. It was a lovely day here at CFSV on Sunday, and we got a lot of cleanup done out in the gardens. I’ve got some tomato plants going, and our rooftop containers and watering system is all set up thanks to Adam, Talia, and Brian. Check out the back yard!

We do have a few beds left for claiming if you’re interested. I’m also going to open them up to our neighborhood as Community Garden space by the end of the week if they’re unclaimed, so shoot us a note and we’ll save you some green space!

The workout today is just good work. Low Bar Back Squats on the clock, and a fast punch gymnastic WOD to attack afterwards. We’ve set aside lots of time for these squats, so we really want you to warm up to a heavy weight before starting these timed sets. Try going sets across at the same weight for a bit of extra fun!
