You know what’s a lot more than 5? 10.  Don’t believe me?  Come in and give today’s workout a try.  We’ll be working on sets of 10 with our deadlift, working up to a weight that we’ll hit three times.  This is definitely a middle ground that is less commonly hit.  It’ll be great prep for WODs that have a higher volume of barbell movements.

Today’s WOD, however, has us working some less seen kettlebell movements that are sure to be challenging in new and useful ways.  And with a rep scheme like that, counting will be a breeze!

Deadlifts

10-10-10

WOD:

8 rounds

8 deck squats

8 1 arm KB cleans (53/35)

100m KB carry

*switch arms each round
