It’s more than 12, less than 14, and today it’s the length of our AMRAP.  More noteworthy, perhaps, is how much we’ll be calling on our shoulder stability to help us through our work.  Our overhead squats should help us tune in some details so we’re ready to rock the WOD.  Go for a fun but challenging pulling motion today.  Singles are fine – there’s no need to string them together, so get after something good!
