Practice, apply
As promised in yesterday’s blog regarding our cycle themes, today we’re working on connecting barbell reps in a WOD. The strength is set up as an opportunity to see how much we can load up hang power cleans that we string together. We’ll then back down the weight and go for speed. There’s no reason to set the bar down mid set on this one. In fact, there’s no reason to stop moving at all. This one is a sprint from the start. You’ll be nice and prepped for the movements, so come out guns blazing.
