Double up, double down
We have two WODs for you today, and a lot of moving parts to keep us moving our parts! We’ll start with a little interval work involving rope climbs, sprinting and burpees. This one is all about getting after each round hard and fast – you’ll have just as much time to rest as you do to work.
WOD #2 starts six minutes after the end of the first. This couplet is all about hanging on the the bar/ball and going unbroken. Short and fast, just get this one done!
4 rounds (2:00 on, 2:00 off)
AMRAP 2
3 rope climbs
stop sign sprint
Max Effort Burpees to Plate
– rest 2:00 –
*score is total number of burpees
then… @ 20:00 on the clock
3 rounds
20 shoulder to overhead (75/55) (go unbroken!)
20 wall balls (20/14) (go unbroken!!)

WoD #1: 39 Rx
WoD #2: Not sure if it was the humidity this AM or the lack of enough of a recovery from WoD #1, but struggled from the get-go on this one. 9:02 @ 65# and 20# WB, not close to unbroken.
WoD #1: 60 (J hook attempts)
WoD #2: 8:31 @ 75# and 20# WB, not close to unbroken.
WoD #1: 30 Rx
WoD #2: 11:40 @ 75# and blue (14#?) ball, definitely not unbroken
Got some tunnel vision halfway through the second WoD and slowed down a lot. Josh, I think I got bit by whatever bit you.
wod 1: 39 damn near Rx. 11 1/2 rope climbs!!! Almost there
Wod 2: 10:10 at the Rx weight. Only round 1 unbroken. Had to break up after that.
