As promised, we’re seeing two recent WODs combined into one today. We’ll get started with a fun little complex that should fatigue us just right to feel how useful the jerk technique can be. Once we max that out, we’ll be combining the last two “10 down to 1” WODs we’ve done (box jump overs/db push press and burpees/ db front squats) into one super WOD. In all honesty, today’s version is the original – so get ready to experience this one in its full expression!

burpee box jump overs (24/20)
dumbbell thrusters (40/30)

WOD: 12:25 @ 30# (right-arm thrusters only..left shoulder wasn’t feeling it today)
STR: 125#
WOD: 12:25 @ 25# and 24″ jumps.
