Down, up, over and upside down

Short but numerous rounds are on today’s WOD menu, along with some strength work that’ll get us upside down.  The inversion work will be your choice, but note that 30 seconds each minute will feel like a lot.  Try to pick something that you can work on consistently across the 10 minutes.  Out of that, you’ll be inverted for 5 total minutes (no joke).

Five reps per round is all we have today, but the weights are heavy and the burpees are… well, over the bar.  Grab a white board, you’re going to count this one right.

2 power cleans (185/135)

3 burpees over bar

    My main goal was to keep my core tight and not throw out my back, and I feel really good about how it went.
