Crossfit Somerville will be running the 2nd Annual WOD to Benefit the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk on Sunday, September 16th, 2017 at 10am. Our very own Nelly Oliver is Team Captain for the Center for Cancer Precision Medicine Jimmy Fund Walk team. For the last 2 years in a row she’s raised over $1500 with your help. We would love nothing more than to reach this goal again this year! For more info, see the event info HERE.

For today’s work, we’ll be hitting a press complex followed by a familiar sprint-interval WOD format.  It’s only 9 minutes long, but it’s sure to do the trick!

 

STR:

3 strict press +

2 push press +

1 push jerk

WOD:

6 rounds @ :90

30 mountain climbers

1 suicide sprint

10 wallballs (go heavy)

*score is total rest
