Getting it off our backs
We’re going overhead today, but it’s all about starting with the weight on our backs. This is something many of us aren’t comfortable with, so we’ll be using a complex to build some experience with it. Load up only as high as you can control your technique, then drill, drill, drill. The cleaner you are early on, the easier things will be for you come WOD time…
