Crash Bs!
Hi Crossfitters of Somerville,
This is Laura, your resident remedial Crossfitter and erstwhile rower – am wary of getting bogged down with winter blues and so was thinking of starting to train for CRASH-Bs!
What is it? A huge indoor rowing event (one of, if not the, biggest in the world) – 100s of people all ages (highschool to 90s) attend to do battle with the erg and win the coveted Hammer
The Work: One 2000m erg sprint (6-9ish minutes total work)
When: February 25, 2018 at Agganis Arena in Boston
Cost: ~$30 entry fee
