Countdown to a complex
We’re getting after some more Oly drills today in the form of a complex. Putting together the pieces of our snatch one or two steps at a time makes the whole picture come together more clearly and smoothy. After, we’ll take a piece of our drills and pair it with some pull ups for a fast descending ladder.
