Yesterday’s WOD had us pacing on the clock. Hopefully you were able to find a quicker, more explosive pace with a little bit of rest. Today, we’re going to try to find that same “pop” to our rhythm, this time holding on to it straight to the end. Remember, once we establish consistency with our movement patterns, chasing intensity is what this stuff is all about. Set yourself up to move, and go.
