Saturday Spook WOD
Hey Friends! As advertised in the newsletter, Saturday’s WOD is going to be Halloween themed. Check out the newsletter for the WOD itself (I don’t want to get it confused with today’s), but know that you’ll get bonus points for being in costume (and for bringing coach candy!) Spooky music will accompany you as we prepare for the zombie apocalypse. But Who am I kidding – that’s always what we’re doing.
Today, we’re keeping it simple with some deads and a triplet. Let’s move some load and tear through the WOD!
