Drill the Skill

If you want to get better at something, it always helps to put a little dedicated time into it. Today, we’ll take some extra time practicing our pistols. Not so much that we burn them out – we’re going to need them for the WOD.
Find yourself a workable scale. For pistols and everything else in the WOD, we scale to move.
