We’re working on consistency across sets and rounds today with both our strength and our WOD exposing any breakdowns.  All 5 of our working sets of Front Squats today are held at the same weight.  Hold strong and keep the last set as solid as the first.

With the WOD, set a strong number round 1 and use that as your target for the rest of them.  That 30 seconds is going to go by fast, so be ready…

    WOD: 21 @ 1 pd and 95#. Was tempted to try rx but might’ve been the straw that literally broke my back.
