Another chance

The bar muscle up from last week returns, this time in a very different place (of a very similar workout).  This time, they’ll finish our the round and we’ll be trying to accumulate as many as we can.  The jumping-off-a-box bar muscle up works great here, and we’ll most likely go over it with you.

Remember, a big part of reaching a goal is knowing what you’re aiming for.  Spending some time getting up above the bar will help set a context for you to know what you’re shooting for.

STR:

Back Squats

10 minutes for working sets

WOD:

6 rounds @ 2:00

6 burpee sprints

10 wall balls (20/14)

ME bar muscle ups

    The Bring Sally Up “warm-up” @ 35# was more like a mini-WoD!!!
