Drilling the hang

We’re drilling the hang position today, a key spot for good hip function in our oly lifts.  Starting from the right place will help you access your glutes and entire posterior chain for the power you need for your lift.

A simple AMRAP follows with a little added core-flavor with a static hold to end each round.  Use it as a reminder to stay connected during your burpees and swings.

STR:

2 Hang Power Cleans
