A shoutout to EB

If you ever come to open gym, you’re apt to see Erin Baumgartner running through a bruiser of a workout that seems to never end.  She’ll generally write her WOD on the board and accost any willing victim to join her.

We found one of her WODs on our programming board and decided to let you all get a taste of it (with a few movement swaps).  The flow of this 8 rounder will be interesting, with some movements getting blown through quickly  and others taking a bit longer and will need you to establish some rhythm.

If you have a good time with this, come by Sundays for open gym! This kind of stuff is going on all the time!
