Squat Flip

Don’t worry – we’re not going upside down today (on purpose). Instead, we’re getting after a punchy WOD first and finishing off the day with loaded squats.

The WOD should get us primed and springy so we’re ready to hit the squats hard out of the gate.  Notice that we’re doing “jump overs” today.  The goal here is to pick an object that we can jump over completely.  That could be a dumbbell, our wall ball and all the way up to a 24″ box.  Chase a good challenge here, but set yourself up for success.  Remember, we don’t want to end up upside down today…
