Here’s some heavy weight  coming at you in an interval WOD that might get you asking “why so much rest?”  …until you get into it a few rounds.

We’ll start by warming up our deadlifts heavier than we plan on using so we’re neurologically prepared.  We’ll then have 10 (special) burpees and 5 deads to do every 2 minutes.  15 reps might not seem like a lot to do in 120 seconds, but if these reps are as big as they should be, you should have no trouble seeing why we have so much time.
