Light and Fast
The only thing that should be slowing you down today is your heart and lungs’ ability to keep up. Both barbell movements should be light enough that they are mostly unbroken, and the rest is just bodyweight.
Try to keep moving. The challenge here is definitely in not falling to the temptation of slowing down your transitions, which can take up a lot more time than they feel like.
