Moving heavy weight
For those of you who are always begging to lift heavy weight, today is your day. You’ll be asked to get some big weight on your bar and to hang on to it to get through some hang squat cleans.
While the burpees should be fast and snappy, we’ll find a little more grind in both the cleans and (most likely) the pull ups. Today is a good day to challenge yourself with both. If you can make them a gut check each round, you’ve found the right scaling.
WOD:
AMRAP 15
9 burpees over the bar
6 hang squat cleans (155/115)
3 chest to bar pull ups <or> 1 muscle up

WOD: 5 rnds +3 @ 135 SC and MU
WoD: 6 + 12 Rx with CTB
