Sprinting to Snatch

Our flip today has us sprinting through some dubs and rowing so we can spend plenty of time working up a heavy snatch.  Scale for speed (mainly you dubs, but maybe your cals?) so we can rev up and get through the WOD fast.  Then get ready to hunker down and hone your technique as we load up are mot technical barbell lift.
