Squatting heavy

A quick WOD will get us primed to take some solid time to work up a 5×5 back squat today.  We’ll be looking to take 10 minutes with our barbell to just warm up, before we start our working sets.

This is key – most of us rush through the warm up and count sets that are actually part of the warm up as working sets.  Not today.  For some of us, we’ll be starting them when we might normally be “finished”.
