Don’t let go
Today’s workout is all about not letting go. We’re starting off with the bar, trying to keep sets of 10 toes to bar unbroken. We then move on to the medball, keeping sets of 15 wallballs unbroken. And then just so we’re not lonely, we’ll be taking that same ball with us for a 300m run.
Find scales that make this feasible. With your wallballs, we’re allowing scaling the height as long as all 15 reps connect. Hang on to it and savor the flavor.

WoD: 4+10 w/mostly knees to chest to stay unbroken, & 20# WB. The running w/the med ball was the biggest struggle for me.
