Mono-structual
If you haven’t heard, we’re going to be sprinkling our old format back in a bit to balance out the longer grinders that we’ve been experimenting with. This means occasionally seeing specific strength work before the WOD. This also means things like purely mono-structural workouts – like today’s.
The WOD is just rowing, but on an interval.. Our goal will be to sprint each round, but maintain consistency across the six. The rest will help, but willpower also necessary. There’s not much technique to get in the way or slow you down, just your connection to your own drive.
