Triple Three!!!

Team!!

Tomorrow we will not be doing the Triple Three but we will be doing a variation of it. Every since Niki Brown has gotten me hooked on Triathlons, I have turned into a cardio bunny. This year I have not had quite the same amount of time to train, so what I have been doing is throwing together some variation of running, rowing, biking or double under-ing, pick numbers for each and then rounds. So this is what we got:

400 m row

75 dubs

400m run

25:00 time cap

This one is a favorite- it resembles the triple 3 (3k row, 300 dubs, and 3 mile for time) but it is significantly shorter and therefor more sprinty! This wod is all about finding a pace that hurts – but isn’t an all out sprint, and then we’ll want to hold onto that pace for dear life!!!

I gave a few of my classes this evening this lecture, so I’ll leaver it here:

It’s very hot and very humid. When your body is working hard to keep it’s core temp down and also working hard to excessive quickly it usually results in not exercising as quickly as we are used to. And that is okay – just make a note of it when you jot your score down. Y’all are going to crush this one, make me proud, team! And also please please please make sure to drink lots of water.
