Get ready! Tomorrow’s wod has a mile and half of running! Holy smokes.

And I want y’all to look this happy while you’re running!

For time:

800 m run

15 pull ups

30 Farmers Carry lunge steps (25/15)

400 m run

15 pull ups

30 lunge steps

400 m run

15 pull ups

800 m run

 

Keep the runs steady, keep the pull ups quick (Think 3 sets max) and just keep moving through those lunge steps. Here’s the deal friends, the lunges will tax your legs, making running an adventure and the farmers carry aspect will tax your grip for the pull ups. Keep those legs moving and keep getting your  hands on that pull up bar. I want y’all to to make sure you don’t get down to singles on those pull ups so scale accordingly!
