A double down flip
Two trips through a short AMRAP will rev us up for some heavy squats in today’s program. Scale to move and find a rhythm. The 2 minute break will be up fast, so be ready to get back at it and chase your score!
After, you’ll have plenty of time to work up heavy with the bar. Remember, the focus here is 15 total heavy reps – make sure we’re not counting warm up sets as working sets…
