Running Chippah

2k worth of running dominates today’s WOD, with some dumbbell snatches and push ups to break it up.

The key to this one is committing to pushing the run.  The rest of the work should be hard, but should be easy to get through.  While it’s certainly not a sprint distance, push the pace on the street and get back inside as fast as you can!

WOD:

800m run

20 DB snatch (50/35)

25 push ups

400m run

25 push ups
