Who doesn’t love a down-ladder? This one really starts to accelerate towards the end, especially if you’re keeping your transitions quick.
It should rev us up quite nicely for some heavy back squats. Remember, a max triple (what we have today) should be approached differently than a 5×3. If you’re unsure how, ask your coach!
