We have another long wod for y’all tomorrow!

AMRAP 20
10 Toes To Bar
15 Push Ups
20 Russian twists
12 cal row

This wod is a total shoulder, core and lung burner. We want to be able to move through the toes to bar and push ups in about 2 sets, so choose a scale that allows you do that. The Russian twists will smash your core and the cal row will smash your lungs, making it difficult to get back to the toes to bar. This is an AMRAP so there is end in sight. Keep chipping away at the movements, y’all will crush this!

    WoD: 5+4 Rx. After round 1, TTB and pushups really slowed me up.

    WOD: 5+30 Rx
    TTB went surprisingly well, but the pushups really challenged me. On the last round they practically broke down to singles.
