From the floor
We’re taking the bar off the floor today with our presses. They’ll prep us for the WOD by not only getting that practice getting the bar off the floor, but prepping our shoulder stability for some fast thrusters. These thrusters are light and we should be trying to get them unbroken.
We’ll combine these with some lateral jumps and more sandbag fun! All we have to do with our bag today is carry it, but do your best to make it a run and not a walk!
