Warming up to get down

We’re flipping today to prep our bodies for some heavy hang squat cleans.  Our WOD movements are all about hip opening and a strong grip.  You’ll need both when we transition to the barbell and work on finding full hip extension before a fast and aggressive hip closing.  You gotta get up to get down.

On a facilities note: we’re going to clean the cubbies!  That means if you have anything in them, you have 1 week to take your stuff home!  Once we clear them, you’ll be able to leave thing here again!
