Alright, we have a sandwich of high heart rate movements, then 30 HEAVY dumbbell snatches. For the Cal Row, Toes to Bar and Box Jumps we’ll want to choose scales that allow us to keep moving and grooving through them. For TTB drop the range of motion, I want y’all to be able to get chunks of 10-15 of these done then hop right back on the bar. For the box jumps, y’all just have to go. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Don’t sand bag these. The dumbbell snatches are hella heavy! Whatever weight you choose, this should not be soothing you can rip and grip. You should need to be deliberate about set up and have to drop underneath it (as opposed to muscle snatching it). Try to string together 5-10 reps at a time. Then head on down back the ladder of box jumps, toes to bar and cal row and hold on for dear life. Make me proud team!
