Large sets of mostly bodyweight movements means we’ll want to scale wisely and break up our sets with intention (except for the wallballs – get after those).  It’s going to be a grind, so be ready for a long one!

    WoD: 24:39 using red band for pullups. Maybe could have tried this WoD without the band, but 90 regular pullups within the 30 minute cap would have been…..aggressive for me….

    WOD: 25:14 variously scaled
    Those banded pull ups were not working for me, as I could not kipp with the band.
