Sets of 8
8 is a lot more than 5, and might start to feel like it’s on the verge of “cardio” instead of “strength work”, but it’s useful to test our strength in all different contexts. Here, it’s just a few more reps than usual.
After that, we’ll have an EMOM that has us doing 20 total reps each minute. This is different than our usual a) b) c) EMOMs where you have a different thing each minute. Scale to get your work done, and don’t let the clock catch up with you!

WOD: 40 lb, 8 reps for each. Down to 2 sec rest for the last round. That was so hard!

WoD: did 8 reps of each at the Rx weights, last round in 45 seconds the slowest.
