Today’s WOD is mostly rowing. In fact, your meters rowed is you score. To spice it up a bit, we’ll be doing 3 jerks every 2 minutes. Starting with “go”, we’ll pick up our bar and jerk it overhead three times and then hop on our rower and crank out as many meters as we can until we get to 2:00. Rinse, repeat.
Transition quickly and don’t waste time staring at the bar or else you’ll eat up all the time you made up by rowing fast!
