Dumbbells and jump rope
Just a pair of tools to get us through the WOD today, but there will be plenty of movement variety. We’ll be cycling through three different movements with the same pair of dumbbells, separating each of these with a set of double unders.
We’re after it for the long haul today – 20 minutes is no joke. Keep your movements clean and you’ll still have some left in the tank by the end!
