SQUATS! x2 

Then quick little WOD:

Tabata 16 

Hollow hold 

Burpees 

DB over head hold 

Jump squats

We’ll take the first half of class to work up to a heavy set of 2 back squats. Then finish off class with an alternating tabata. A tabata is :20 of work followed by :10 of rest. In this case as you are switching from one movement to the next the :10 will be more like a transition. The burpees and jump squats will tax your lungs making the hollow hold and over head hold a challenge! No RX weights today – I just need you to choose something challenging but manageable for the full :20. Have fun with this one, team!
