Chasing the clock

We’re going to be chasing the clock with an EMOM today, and while there are only 14 reps each minute, they have the potential to catch up to you.  Burpees can be slow or fast, but they tend to be on the slower side if we don’t have time to catch our breath.  And while the deadlifts aren’t heavy, they can also have a lasting effect on our ability to recover each minute.  Scale wisely and be sure to leave yourself rest each minute.

STR:

Power Cleans x2

WOD:

EMOM 10

8 burpees

6 deadlifts (225/155)
