19.1 is hereeeeee!!! and I am excited.
So just as reminder to all, we are blowing away our evening classes tomorrow (Friday) night in place of running heats of 19.1. Below is a google doc sign up sheet for the heats. We’ll get things kicked off at 5 pm with the WOD brief and heat 1 will get going at 5:30. Please sign up if you are participating – add your name to a heat time – indicate weather you will be doing this RX or Scaled and then sign yourself up to judge a heat too if you can.

(we always need extra hands on deck to judge – so even if you don’t want to participate, come hang out and judge!!)
Morning classes, we will be running 19.1 for you too just in a class format. So you will get a coach lead warm up and the coach will take you through all of the movements and set you up for the wod per usual. GET READY Y’ALL. Can anyone tell how fired up I am 🙂
