Triple Threat
It’s all threes today. We’re starting with push press triples, then hitting an AMRAP that starts us with three reps of each movement and adds another three each round. The rounds will build up fast, so don’t burn out your pull ups right off the bat and keep your midline tight for you cleans so you can make it through the longer sets!
